Partner.Co Welcomes Troy Hiltbrand as SVP of Digital Product Management and Analytics

Join us in welcoming Troy Hiltbrand as our new Senior Vice President of Digital Product Management and Analytics!

A graduate of Utah State University and Idaho State University, where he received his MBA, Troy brings 20 years of experience running technology and analytics teams, mainly in the direct selling industry.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, Troy will initially focus on building a pricing and promotion playbook to ensure excellence in all our markets globally. Before joining Partner.Co, Troy was most recently responsible for developing his previous company’s global pricing and promotion plans.

A lover of languages, Troy is fluent in English and Portuguese, has advanced skills in Spanish, working capabilities in German and Italian, and beginner skills in Swedish and Tagalog. While he’s always been interested in languages, he said his passion greatly increased while working with development teams in Colombia and Brazil. He recently finished his 1,600th consecutive day using the Duolingo language app. He said his current goal is to hit five years (1,826 days)!

Looking to the future, Troy will also work hand-in-hand with Partner.Co’s IT and Marketing teams to develop world-class customer and Brand Partner digital tools.

Troy is the proud father of three college-aged children attending The University of Utah, Utah State University and Utah Valley University, where his youngest will start this fall. In his free time, Troy is an adjunct professor of data warehousing at BYU Idaho and enjoys learning languages and writing.
