Ingredients
- 2 scoops Slenderiiz PureNourish
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. sugar-free, fat-free, instant cheesecake pudding mix
- Low-calorie sweetener of choice
- 4-5 ice cubes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour and serve!
PUMPKIN SPICE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Slenderiiz PureNourish
- ½ cup pureed pumpkin
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice mix (or nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon)
- 2 cups water
- Ice as needed for thickness

Ingredients

- 2 cups cashew almond milk
- 2 cups packed kale leaves
- 1 cup frozen pear chunks

- 1 small banana
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
- Blend until very smooth, around three minutes, beginning on low and slowly increasing the speed to high.
