We’re thrilled to announce that Ching-Chih Hao has advanced her Title to Chairperson 1!

With the company since 2010, Ching-Chih, previously worked as the head nurse in an ICU and as a university lecturer. Before joining, she had used products from other companies but had never struck out to build her own business. During her time with Partner.Co, she said she is most grateful for the consistent support and guidance she has received.

“[The executives’] encouragement allowed both my team and me to work toward a common goal and achieve this milestone together,” she said.

Confidence Is Key

That encouragement helped her believe in herself, which in turn helped her keep finding success. 

“I believe that having confidence in yourself is essential. As long as you stay positive, remain optimistic, and keep moving in the right direction, you can achieve your goals,” Ching-Chih said. “Every challenge is an opportunity to grow, so maintaining the right mindset is very important.” 

The power of positive thinking is such an important concept in this industry. There will always be bumps in the road, and maintaining a positive mindset is crucial to getting through them. I love when Brand Partners in our different markets can say and enact the concept. Ching-Chih and her team are doing just that in Taiwan, and it’s wonderful to see.

Partner.Co, Ching-Chih said, has also helped her understand the importance of both functional nutrition. Because of import regulations in Taiwan, she realized it’s doubly important to not only utilize what Partner.Co supplements are available, but to double down on helping others learn how proper diet and nutrition can help enhance one’s life even more. That, she said, is a major goal of hers. 

“Through this business, I hope to help more people develop the right understanding of health and wellness, so they can stay healthy as they grow older, avoid becoming a burden to their families, and even can help others. To me, that is truly meaningful,” Ching-Chih said. 

For Family

Family is an incredibly important part of Ching-Chih’s journey as well. Outside of her business, she has three generations living together in her house. The business, she said, has allowed her time with her family, while also building something that will benefit them in the future. 

When we started Partner.Co, one of the first things we wanted to establish with our new company was that it would be a place to help create generational wealth. We were not thinking about one year or five or even 10 years, but longer. Ching-Chih is a perfect example of why. She’s thinking not just about herself, but her children and grandchildren and more. We’re so thankful that we can help her with this part of her journey.
