Michelle Groote Advances to Chairperson 2

We’re thrilled to announce that Michelle Groote has advanced her Title to Chairperson 2!

Leaning Into the System

This is the second Title advancement in less than six months for Michelle, who reached Chairperson 1 just last November. For Michelle, one of the keys to advancing so expeditiously was consistency.

“The most important factor in advancing so quickly has been clarity and consistency. From day one, I treated this like a real business, not a hobby. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I showed up every single day with intention,” she said.

That wasn’t all, though. There was an even more important factor underpinning Michelle’s success.

“More importantly, I didn’t try to do it alone. I leaned into the system, the community and I stayed coachable. Speed comes from alignment, not from doing more, but from doing the right things over and over again,” she said.

Evolution of a Business

Reflecting on how the climb to Chairperson 2 differed from previous Titles, Michelle said a shift occurred when she realized she had to switch from focusing on herself and her habits to stepping into a leadership role, responsible for more than just herself.

“To reach Chairperson 2, I really stepped into leadership. I started building leaders instead of just building volume. I focused more on duplication, systems and empowering others to take ownership of their own business,” she said.

It’s an almost physical thing you can perceive in Brand Partners when they realize that their role — one that they’ve already shown is successful in that they can build their own business — has changed. As they continue to advance their Titles, a light goes on in their eyes, and you just know they’ve grasped what they are now meant to do.

Keeping It Real

To help empower those on her team, Michelle said she motivates by “leading from the front and by being real.”

“I share the wins, but also the challenges. I create an environment where people feel seen, supported, and empowered, and I constantly remind them of their ‘Why,’” she said. “When people are connected to a deeper reason, motivation becomes something internal, not something that depends on me.”

Emblematic of many of Partner.Co’s values, leadership praised her efforts and work ethic.

Being successful in this business is about being your true, authentic self. When you are showcasing your ‘Why’ and not using smoke and mirrors to try to build your business, people notice. They see you out there every day, being you, and that is what helps you be successful.
