Never Settle

For Habia, this is just the beginning of a much longer journey to grow her business and become a global entity.

“I’m not fully satisfied,” she said. “I have a lot to do. In one year, in five and in 10 and beyond, my goal is to continue growing — growing my team, growing my own leadership skills, growing the impact we have on lives in my market and around the world. My team and I will work hard to ascend the rankings, both in our market and on the global level.”

Repetition Is the Mother of All Skill

It may not always be easy to hit that next level, but Habia said that keeping one phrase in mind, a mantra for success, has helped her thus far.

“Repetition is the mother of all skill. If you find something that works, then it’s time to work on repeating that. You’ll eventually be able to hone whatever that skill is even more, and in doing so, you’ll find that what you’re doing gets easier,” she said.

One thing Habia repeats more than anything — and something that has guided her to her current Title — is leading from the front.

“I do everything I expect my team to do. I follow the system myself, and that creates duplication. When your team sees your actions, they follow. That’s how momentum is built — through leadership by example,” she said.

That motivation and mindset have impressed Partner.Co executives and other Brand Partners alike.

Strategy for Success

The biggest factor in making the jump from Chairperson 1 to Chairperson 2, Habia said, was attending the Strategy Summit in January. It led to several key improvements in how she runs her business, she explained.

“After attending the Strategy Summit, we strengthened our recruitment approach, customer care systems, team systems and structure,” she said. “Our consistency improved significantly, and our presence on social media became much stronger. These changes brought better alignment across the team and led to stronger results.”

While there, too, Habia said that she truly came to understand the importance of reaching Ultimate Business Level.

“Before the Summit, we were not focusing enough on Ultimate. Once I gained clarity on why and how reaching Ultimate can impact one’s business for life, I worked closely with another leader, and together we aligned our vision. We brought that clarity back to the team, and once both leaders and team members were on the same page, the growth followed naturally,” she said.
