Overcoming Self-Doubt

On her way to this newest Title, Virna says the biggest issue she encountered — and one she acknowledges other Brand Partners have experienced, too — was that she often began to doubt herself.

“The hardest part was getting past the limits in my head. I kept telling myself I wasn’t capable of building a strong, successful team. I had to shut that part of my mind down. I didn’t want to live from excuse to excuse. Instead, I settled in and tried and tried until I was able to find success.”

Virna added that it’s important for new Brand Partners to understand that it’s normal to feel self-doubt, and that with a community like Partner.Co, it makes it easy to push beyond them and find success.

“Hearing other people’s stories, in person or during online events, is incredibly important. It helps you see other perspectives, and sometimes you’ll notice you’re experiencing the same things as someone on the other side of the world. These exchanges are important. There are going to be times when doing anything — whether it’s learning to ride a bike, trying a new hobby or building a business — that doubt is going to creep in. What we see in Virna as she reaches this new Title is that persistence is key. Knowing how to face your own doubts and work through them leads to success.

Inspiring Others to Push Past Fear
