Please join us in congratulating Tetsuya Yano on advancing his Title to Chairperson 1!
Reflecting on his achievement, Yano says that, while it’s a relief to reach this milestone, it is just the beginning.
“In our team, karate-do culture can be seen everywhere. We view reaching the Title of Chairperson as earning your black belt. It is an amazing achievement, but it actually marks the beginning of the journey. It is the first step of many more to come. Now that I have earned my black belt, I am ready to begin my true Partner.Co journey,” he said.
Throughout, it’s been important, Yano said, to ensure that the same level of passion and dedication can be seen and felt throughout his entire time. To achieve that, he said that it was a team effort.
“Through team events like overnight training retreats and recognition ceremonies, I leaned on the support of Tekeshi Morita (Chairperson 1), who had already achieved Chairperson, and our upline leader and coach, Kada (Chairperson 5). Together, we kept communicating the value of going for the title — again and again — until it truly clicked,” Yano explained.
It also helped to get to meet Partner.Co executives and learn from them. It solidified Yano’s resolve to work harder to advance his Title.
“I could feel their passion — what the company stands for and what they’re working to build — right beside them, in real time,” he said. “That experience gave me real conviction about how much this business can truly impact — and even change — the world.”
Partner.Co executives praised Yano and his entire team for their work growing the burgeoning Japanese market.
The momentum being built in Japan has been phenomenal, and it’s thanks to up-and-coming leaders like Yano and his team. As the Japan market continues to grow, we’re thrilled to see these Brand Partners stepping up and representing Partner.Co on the global stage.
