Dan brings over 25 years of industry experience, all of which have been within the Partner.Co family. His extensive sales and customer service background and his dedication to the company have made him vital to our success.
Dan has been a cornerstone of Partner.Co brands for over two decades, consistently leading with integrity and a passion for empowering others. His deep understanding of the business and our Brand Partners’ needs makes him the perfect fit for this role. I’m excited to partner with him on our US strategy and am confident that the US will continue to reach new heights under his leadership.

Most recently, Dan served as Vice President of Global Commissions, ensuring the accurate and timely calculation and payment of commissions every single week without fail. He is the go-to expert on all-things Compensation Plan and is infamous across the company for his ability to cite every intricate detail.
Prior to his work in global commissions, Dan played a key role within the US sales team and customer service. His expertise spans across:

- Designing Impactful Sales Promotions
- Resolving Challenges With Professionalism & Precision
Dan is a proud graduate of Utah Valley University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business. While his career accomplishments are significant, Dan’s greatest pride and joy comes from his family. He says the things most important to him are his beautiful wife, Heather, their three children and living life to the fullest according to their own authority.
