Partner.Co is delighted to announce that Masha Urbani has advanced her Title to Chairperson 3.
A little over a year ago, Masha achieved Chairperson 2. A few months later, she was awarded the EMEA 2023 Vision Award. Now, Masha will be getting used to a new Title: Chairperson 3. Each of these accomplishments is remarkable on its own, but more importantly, they motivate her to keep going.
“I feel rewarded after a great work of personal and team growth. The perfect reward that gives me the energy to continue growing at a fast pace.”
It was not all sunshine and rainbows, however. One of the things Masha said she dealt with while chasing this new goal was keeping focus.
“The hardest part was to keep people focused all the time. It’s not easy because each of us has to deal with the countless difficulties related to managing family and children … but we did it!” she said.
Being able to work through that and any other difficulties has paid off. She’s become a great example of the potential within every Brand Partner.
Masha has been making waves in the EMEA market, especially in the last year, as she’s working hard to grow her business. Her passion and dedication are admirable and her trajectory is a great example of what new Brand Partners can strive to do.
