Partner.Co is thrilled to announce that Joni & Chris Budd have advanced their Title to Chairperson 1.
Currently the top Power Rankers in Canada, the Budds attribute much of their success to Partner.Co’s system of growth and the award-winning Compensation Plan.* They also attributed their success to the strong team of leaders they’ve helped develop.
“Before this, we worked in the industry for 20 years and had nothing to show for it. This time, we decided that we were going to make this thing work for us to create a legacy for our family and bank as much money as we could. To do that, we’re going full tilt while at the same time focusing on growing our team.” Joni said.
Then she continued, “What’s great is that because of the amazing system of growth and the simplicity of the comp plan, we’ve been able to create leaders. It’s because of them that we’ve been able to optimize wide and deep.”
Even though they’re leading the charge in growing the Canadian market, Chris says they are far from done.
“This is just the tip of the iceberg. There’s a lot of stuff coming, and we’re ready for it,” he said.
Next, the Budds say they are setting their sights on growing markets in Australia and the Philippines, with hopes of climbing even higher on the global Power Rankings in 2025.
