We are excited to announce that Jass Baatth has advanced her Title to Chairperson 1!
Jass calls reaching this Title an honor, but says that she’s just getting started.
“Reaching the Title of Chairperson 1 marks a significant milestone in my journey, but I truly see it as just the beginning. This achievement represents a new level of leadership for me —one where I am growing, evolving and stepping more confidently into my purpose,” she said.
She added that these new leadership responsibilities motivate her to pursue the next chapters and continue developing herself while supporting others and contributing to the Partner.Co mission and vision.
Jass has already shown exceptional leadership skills. On her journey to Chairperson 1, she admitted that there were times when it took everything to keep her and her team motivated and moving forward.
“There were days when I had to pour strength into others even when I was struggling myself. But that’s what leadership truly is — showing up, lifting your people and reminding them of what’s possible, even on the tough days.”
Looking ahead, Jass knows the road won’t be the easiest, but she’s already got a plan for success.
“I know I need to focus on a few key things,” she said. “First, I want to strengthen my systems — making my team’s process smoother and more duplicable. Second, I plan to be even more consistent in guiding and checking in with my leaders to ensure no one feels left behind. Finally, and most importantly, I want to keep growing personally: improving my mindset, my communication and my ability to inspire.”
