CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN SHAKE 

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Slenderiiz PureNourish
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. sugar-free, fat-free, instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • Low-calorie sweetener of choice
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour and serve!

PUMPKIN SPICE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Slenderiiz PureNourish
  • ½ cup pureed pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice mix (or nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon)
  • 2 cups water
  • Ice as needed for thickness

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour and serve!

GREEN LEAF SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Giving Greens
  • 2 cups cashew almond milk
  • 2 cups packed kale leaves
  • 1 cup frozen pear chunks
  • 1 cup frozen table grapes
  • 1 small banana

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until very smooth for around three minutes, beginning on low speed and slowly increasing to high.
  3. Pour and serve!
