Katy’s professional journey in the network marketing industry has seen her at the helm of multiple prominent organisations, serving as CEO twice and as President at others. In those roles she was pivotal in worldwide market expansion. Her focus has consistently centred on collaborating closely with field teams to foster growth and develop leaders within the industry.
She has proven abilities to create and execute effective business strategies, drive product development and enhance customer experiences. Her leadership was instrumental in energizing the field and supporting the growth of business partners.
Katy has a Master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour that, combined with her extensive industry experience, positions her to listen attentively to the needs of the field and align them with Partner.Co’s overarching corporate strategy.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Katy is married to Derek Larsen, and cherishes quality time with her two children, Palmer and Meredith. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and rock climbing, exploring diverse cultures and savouring excellent food.
