What Is the Wellness Academy

The Wellness Academy is a new, one-year programme that brings Brand Partners — known as Fellows in the programme — for an intensive course load that focuses on three core areas: product science, compliance and regulatory best practices and effective communication strategies.

Led by members of the Scientific Advisory Board, Fellows will complete structured, hands-on training, complemented with mentorship, and will graduate to become Alumni — experts in all things Partner.Co who can then take the stage and help educate Brand Partners in their markets and beyond.

What Is the Scientific Advisory Board

Tasked with guiding our Fellows through the programme, the SAB is made up of Partner.Co experts in medicine, wellness, nutrition and product science who have established themselves in their fields through decades of rigorous research and work.

The SAB is dedicated to guiding Partner.Co’s product philosophy and innovation, using the latest research and technologies to produce the top-quality products that Brand Partners have come to know and love.

In their work with the Wellness Academy, our SAB members will teach in their specialties, educating our Fellows on the intricacies of their work. Through these interactions, our Fellows will gain invaluable insight into the what, why and how of Partner.Co.

Thanks to a relentless commitment to improvement of themselves, others and Partner.Co as a whole, the SAB will ensure that our Wellness Academy Alumni can take the stage and speak about Partner.Co and our products with depth, clarity and integrity.

What Do Wellness Academy Fellows Do?

During the programme, Fellows will regularly attend classes held by SAB members. These Board members are selected for their expertise, enhancing Fellows’ knowledge across a range of topics.

Upon graduation, Fellows will become Wellness Academy Alumni — a title they will be able to showcase with pride, courtesy of a diploma, an official Wellness Academy jacket and patch, custom Zoom backgrounds and, most importantly, a graduation ceremony on stage at PXP | The Partner.Co Experience.

After our inaugural year, Alumni will be invited to participate in future graduations and welcome new graduates.

Upon graduation, Alumni will have the opportunity to speak at Partner.Co events, further building their own careers while also helping countless Brand Partners in the process. The advocacy they will bring to the stage will only help grow Partner.Co.

How Can I Qualify?

The 2026 Academy Fellows have been selected and will be revealed on stage at Partner.Co Connect events around the world.

Applications for the Wellness Academy will open annually between October and November. All applications will be thoroughly vetted by a team of Partner.Co executives and SAB members. Successful candidates are already established in their respective fields and may include medical doctors, registered nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, physical therapists and high-performance or professional athletes. By inviting future Fellows from different disciplines, we aim to build a diverse and dynamic learning community dedicated to elevating wellness, performance and holistic health worldwide.
