Isabel Rönnecke Achieves Chairperson 1

Please join us in congratulating Isabel Rönnecke on advancing her Title to Chairperson 1!

Achieving Chairperson 1 is an outstanding accomplishment in itself; for Isabel, it’s even more special — she’s been with Partner.Co for just one week.

“Reaching Chairperson 1 so quickly means more than a Title; it’s a clear performance indicator. It confirms that the strategy works, the leadership foundation is solid, and the team culture is strong,” she said. “There’s a deep sense of pride, not only in the result, but in how it was achieved with clarity, momentum and trust.”

Getting here, too, Isabel said, feels like “coming home.”

“Personally, I feel this shows what I do best: building, leading and creating structure that empowers others to win. On a business level, it’s a strong signal that this is just the starting point, and the scalability potential is real,” she said.

Partner.Co leadership quickly recognised Isabel for her great success.

Isabel’s success is an amazing example of what can happen with Partner.Co. With the right tools and a company built on true partnership, wonderful things can happen in the blink of an eye.

Alain Ie Grelle, Sr. Vice President of Field Development, EMEA

EMEA Area President Cameron Bott agreed with Alain.

“Our European market is growing exponentially, and it’s thanks to the determination and passion of Brand Partners like Isabel. We are so excited for her, her team and their current success, and we can’t wait to see how high she will climb.”

Creating Clarity to Drive Success

Coming from a different company, Isabel said it was both an emotional and strategic change. She wasn’t just making a change for her, but her whole team.

“There were certainly high expectations and only a limited time to find success. To come out on top, I needed to create clarity quickly without hesitation or noise,” she said.

To do that, she focused on three main things. First, once she decided to join Partner.Co, there could be no hesitation. She had to act swiftly and not second-guess anything. Second, Isabel said she needed to focus on structure and execution with clear communication, simple systems and daily actions over seeking perfection.

“Finally, I had to lead from certainty. That means I had to stay calm, consistent and solution-oriented so the team could move forward with confidence,” she added.

Reflecting on her new Title, Isabel said the main thing she would do differently if she were to do it again is to reduce the time she spends overthinking.

“Looking back, the results confirm what was already clear early on. The strategy was right, the timing was right, and the people were right. If I were to redo things, I would move into execution sooner,” she said.

Congrats, Isabel!
