Our very own Senior Director of Research and Development, Brett West, recently presented original research — conducted in the Partner.Co Global Standard Laboratory — at the 2025 American Chemical Society Spring Meeting & Expo, the annual gathering of the country’s top chemists and researchers.

Held in San Diego March 24-27, Brett presented a poster titled “Antioxidant activities of limu extracts in a beverage system,” which examined the potency of antioxidants in LIMU ORIGINAL versus apple cider vinegar.

After thorough research, Brett found that the blending and pasteurization processes used in producing LIMU ORIGINAL do not reduce the notable antioxidant activity of the seaweed extracts found in the supplement. More importantly, he found LIMU ORIGINAL has up to 5.75 times more antioxidant power than apple cider vinegar.
