Partner.Co is ecstatic to announce that Brent Palmer has advanced his Title to Chairperson 3.
An industry veteran of over 15 years, Brent Palmer has repeatedly made a name for himself as he has risen the ranks everywhere he has been. Now, his influence and business sense are critical drivers in the US market’s growth.
Brent says one of the things he’s happiest about is being with Partner.Co from the beginning. He said, “I feel so grateful to be part of this company on the ground floor and achieving the monumental position of Chairperson 3. I’m also immensely grateful for my team and their commitment to excellence.”
Reaching this point was challenging, but Brent’s strategy for overcoming difficulties was simple.
“The hardest part of achieving Chairperson 3 is kicking the trophies under the table and not focusing on past wins. Instead, I’m focused on this new company — this incredible opportunity and potential we have in our hands,” he said. “I overcame that difficulty by helping new Brand Partners reach the Ultimate Business Level in their first four Fridays. New growth and the excitement of welcoming new Partners create an energy that’s fun to wake up to every day!”
Reflecting on his time with the company, Brent says he is thankful for the founders, Darren and John, and for their ability to act with humility, support and love. He and others noticed they use those traits to unify the company worldwide.
What makes Brent’s leadership so remarkable is the care and respect he displays for his team. He makes it his mission to uplift every Partner he works with, which we’ve seen sets an example for others in the US and globally, too.
Darren Zobrist, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
John agrees with Darren wholeheartedly.
We’re looking to our leaders for their business acumen and ability to inspire and lead as we drive Partner.Co’s sustainable growth. Whether in a virtual session or live on stage at events like PXP, no one exemplifies this more than Brent.
John Wadsworth, Founder & Chief Brand Partner Officer
For anyone looking to replicate Brent’s success, he has advice that continually works for him: Stick and stay, keep it simple, and never get out of a create-and-build mentality.
Please join us in congratulating Brent on his achievement!
