Partner.Co is excited to congratulate Alessia Napolitano and Mario Antonelli for advancing to the Title of Chairperson 1. This dynamic duo achieved this outstanding recognition through grit, determination and building a team that’s in it to win it.
“This [achievement] was preceded by very intense work because we went through a difficult phase in our business a few months ago. We had to rebuild, and we wanted to achieve this title with help from everyone on our team,” they said. “We worked in detail on the objectives of each individual on our team, which helped us reach this goal together.”

One thing that helped Alessia and Mario throughout their journey, and something that they have taught to their team and keep close to their hearts, is their own personal mantra: “People are not Volume Points, but value points. Everyone must be respected and has value regardless of their abilities in this business.”
Keeping this mantra in mind, they said, has allowed them to focus on individual strengths while simultaneously building their teams’ businesses. As they move toward their next goal, they added, they plan to keep in mind what their eventual goals are — living the life they’ve always dreamed of thanks to financial freedom and freedom of time — and will work hard to do whatever it takes to accomplish those goals, not just for them, but for their team, too.
“Having more free time has given us the opportunity to nurture our family’s passion: music,” they said. “With our children, Andrea (18 years old) and Martina (16 years old), who are musicians, we travel the world to follow the artists we love and organize concerts that bring people happiness and joy. Our daily commitment is to ensure that Andrea and Martina can achieve all their artistic dreams.”
