When Aaron and Dr. Ginger Decker joined Partner.Co a decade ago, they didn’t even know each other. They were living separate lives and coming from two different worlds, Ginger as a holistic physician and Aaron having spent a decade in the industry already. Then, through a series of fortuitous experiences, their paths crossed.
You could say the rest is history, but that is far from the truth. In the last decade, they have built a thriving business with Partner.Co and are far from done.
On his time before joining Partner.Co, Aaron reflected, “I was at a place in my life where a long-term relationship had ended and then shortly after that, the company I worked with for ten years was mismanaged and went away. Literally, I was broken, defeated and devasted — any emotion where you feel you can’t go any further.”
For both he and Ginger, though, joining the company and seeing the opportunities available was a like a light in the night.
“To go from that low place and in nine short years achieving all this is really quite incredible. If I can do it — someone who was mortified of public speaking and didn’t want to ask anyone for anything —to be here, nine years later…this company has offered so much,” he added.
Now Chairperson 4, the Deckers have positively impacted daily, not only their customers and their team, but everyone else they meet at Partner.Co.
“Being a part of this incredible, forward-thinking company has been such a blessing in so many ways! First, doing what we love- helping people succeed- is the most gratifying, and then being able to help them specifically with their health — and literally save lives in many instances — is a feeling you can’t even describe,” Ginger said.
Wellness advocates through and through, the Deckers have grown their business by spreading their Real Results Program and showing just how clean and effective Partner.Co products are. They also love growing their own fresh food in their huge garden. They know that what you eat becomes a part of you, so they are always creating delicious Real Results recipes that are great tasting, super-nourishing, anti-aging, and longevity-promoting.
Beyond their team and customers, the Deckers have had an amazing impact on the company as a whole. Not only are they 2017 Vision Award winners, but they are 2023 Partners Council members for both North America and Africa and, in 2021, were inducted into the prestigious Founders Club. Ginger also serves on the Scientific Advisory Board, where she helps formulate products and develop and implement wellness programs. No matter who or where Brand Partners are, it’s safe to say the Deckers have had an impact on their business in some way.
On their introduction into the Founders Club, Ginger noted, “This is the pinnacle of our company’s heights, and what a journey of commitment it has been! We have worked hard. Our team has worked hard. It’s a reminder that with unwavering commitment and faith, you can transform mere imagination into reality. We give ALL the glory to God, and we are so, so grateful.“
“Recognition is not just recognizing a few people; it’s what it represents. It represents a whole lot of people headed in the same direction and all working together to achieve their goals,” Aaron added.
And while teamwork is the mindset, the Deckers themselves have accomplished quite a lot during their tenure with Partner.Co. They are Gold Status-qualified, Ultimate Level, achieved their Savings Bonus, are Catalyst Club VIP III and, in 2021, were first place worldwide in the Power Rankings. They hit Chairperson 2 & 3 in the same year, and then the next year, advanced to Chairperson 4.
During the summer months at their sprawling horse ranch in Michigan, the Deckers extend their heartfelt dedication by spearheading a transformative faith-based program for at-risk teens, inspired by all the kids Aaron met during his journey as two-time World Champion in the captivating world of rodeo. Their involvement in this noble undertaking with children has been made possible by the very industry that has blessed them with abundant resources and the precious gift of time, enabling them to make a meaningful difference and provide unwavering support.
They may be humble about their accomplishments, but at the end of the day, it’s clear all the hard work and effort the Deckers have put into building their business, helping others build theirs and helping Partner.Co be a better place for all Brand Partners.
