Yasuko Saito Achieves Chairperson 1

Please join us in congratulating Yasuko Saito, who has advanced her Title to Chairperson 1!

Upon reaching this Title, Saito said she was overjoyed and overwhelmingly grateful to her team and to everyone who had been there with her throughout this journey. She credited her upline leader, Yuko Suzuki, for her strong leadership, which helped make this achievement a reality.

“Because everyone decided to move forward together and take on new challenges with a positive attitude, from PXP’24 through the next two months up to December, many Partners were ready to immediately start aiming for their next rank.”

When asked if she would do anything different, Saito said that, overall, no, she wouldn’t. She would maintain the basic style that has worked thus far — “rowing the boat together,” she called it — but she would focus on increasing the speed at which she and her team found success.

“I’d focus on refining the way we communicate, duplicate and help everyone move faster in the same direction,” she said.

There’s a hunger and a thirst in our Japanese market that is almost palpable. We absolutely love seeing the passion our Brand Partners there have for not only growing their market, but for expanding beyond their country’s borders, too.

The Heart of the Matter

Saito said she could truly see and feel the company’s passion on the Incentive Trip to Angkor Wat, the Buddhist temple complex in Cambodia.

“While I was on the trip, I could feel the company’s heart, its growth potential and the greatness of the people involved — not just hear about it,” she said. “That joy and inspiration became real fuel for me. Moments like that create the energy to build the next big wave in our business.”

Building Japan & Beyond

Thinking of people just entering the business, Saito said she realized that, as long as you approach the business seriously, anyone has a fair chance to generate income quickly and steadily.

“The plan is designed so that the ‘right behaviors’ — staying consistent, helping each other, nurturing your team, not pushing people or rushing in a forced way — are naturally rewarded,” she said.

By following the plan, Saito noted she’s most excited about the potential to grow not only in Japan but also to expand beyond her country’s borders into new places.

“Just imagining that future — where our team’s impact spreads beyond Japan — makes me really look forward to what’s coming next,” she said.

The foundational teamwork that is so prevalent in Saito’s team is incredibly heartening. Day in and day out, they work as one so that when one person succeeds, they all succeed. That is what I call true partnership.
