Partner.Co is excited to announce that Harumi Saito has advanced her Title to Chairperson 5!
In the industry for 20 years, Saito said it has been a learning and growing experience for her and her team as the company and the industry have evolved. She said this latest achievement is due in part to an energy shift that helped her team reach the next level.
“The atmosphere came back to life, and that’s what has made me happiest. It genuinely feels good to say, ‘I’m so glad we went for it.’”
Along the way, Saito credits not only her team but Partner.Co as a whole for helping her get here.
“What helped me overcome any difficulties was refusing to leave questions unanswered,” she said. “I consistently checked in with the staff, called many times and kept working to deepen my understanding of how to be successful and build my business.”
Reflecting on her journey thus far, Saito said if she had to do it all over again, she would focus on team building and team goal creation sooner.
“I would find — much earlier — people who could grow at the same time as me and create a structure where we aim for the goal together. At the beginning, my perspective on which areas to strengthen and where to strengthen the organization was still unclear. If I had seen that earlier, I think I could have created a different kind of momentum,” Saito said.
Saito has been with us and our legacy companies for many, many years and in that time has seen the industry change. We’ve loved seeing her business grow and evolve to match the times, and we can’t wait to see where she goes from here.

The culture of Partner.Co, Saito says, made achieving this new Title easier.
“I’ve been places before that focused on a ‘me’ mentality. It isn’t like that at Partner.Co. Here, the culture is quite different. It’s team-oriented, and that feels incredible, because when one of us succeeds, we all do,” she said. “To build a community where people can genuinely say, ‘I’m so glad I’m on this team,’ and ‘I’m so glad I found this team’ is something I’m incredibly grateful for.”
Congrats, Saito!
