A leader in North America and around the globe, Brent Palmer has built and refined his business since first joining the industry as an 18-year-old fresh out of high school. Over time, Brent has been able to inspire countless others with his determination and dedication to ensuring that his and the lives of his family and friends are better day in and day out. And yet again, his efforts are paying off with this latest Title.

Growing Into His Role

Looking back, his early years weren’t without trials or tribulations, but he says they helped him become the person he is today.

“I had to get used to employing myself full time because I wasn’t an employee anymore. I was an entrepreneur, so nobody was standing over me saying, ‘You’ve got to work these hours. You got to do these things.’ So, I had to learn how to employ myself, but I did,” Brent said. “The next 12 months, we started building a team, and what I realized was that community is so important — getting people together. That community has helped all of us grow over all these years.”

Over the years, Brent has moved into a leading role with the company, and while it might be easy to sit back and enjoy, that’s not for him. His mission to help as many people as possible is far from over, especially as more and more Brand Partners are joining the company.

“I realize that we’re a home now for people because they can feel our heart. They can feel that we lean in with them when they need it,” Brent said.

From even before Day One of Partner.Co, the Founders were impressed.
