Partner.Co is pleased to announce that Sonia Evans has advanced her Title to Chairperson 1.
Reaching this new Title has given Sonia a huge confidence boost as she continues to build her business, something that once felt out of reach.
Uplifting Others
Reflecting on her journey, she’s realized that while helping others reach their goals is important, setting personal goals is just as valuable. Striving for something isn’t just motivating; it pushes you to grow in ways you never expected.
“I’ve never been someone who focuses on Titles personally — I’ve always been about uplifting others, encouraging my team and celebrating their wins,” she said. “Reaching Chairperson 1 made me reflect on how easy it is to lead others while forgetting to lead yourself.”
She continued, “In business, having goals is essential. It’s not just about setting them for your team; it’s also about setting them for yourself. The hardest part? Remembering that I deserve to push for more, just like I encourage my team to.”
Staying Committed
Reflecting on her nine-year journey, Sonia said she began with a simple goal of earning additional income while still being present for her children.
“School drop-offs and pick-ups, every school event, even Friday afternoon assemblies were all non-negotiable for me. That’s why this business model made so much sense,” she said.
If I had to come up with one word for Sonia, it’s ‘committed.’ She is committed to her family, her business and her team. Day in and day out, she looks for ways to lift others up and help them succeed.

From those humble beginnings, Sonia said she has learned a lot and wouldn’t change a thing if she could go back and start over.
“The lessons learned — the failures, the tough times and the challenges — are what shape you. They give you the skills, resilience and confidence to build something with a solid foundation,” she said. “You discover who you are, what you stand for and what you’re unwilling to compromise, and you gain a deep understanding of people along the way.”
Trust the Process
For anyone looking to take the leap and start their own journey with Partner.Co, Sonia has some advice.
“Stay consistent and trust the process. It’s easy to look at others who are further ahead and feel like you’re not moving fast enough, but success in this business isn’t about overnight wins — it’s about showing up, learning and growing every single day.”
Partner.Co is built around empowering others to achieve their dreams. But at the end of the day, it’s up to the individual to make it work, and Sonia is a prime example. Her motto is ‘If it’s to be, it’s up to me,’ and her work ethic and accomplishments reflect that. I look forward to seeing her continue to grow and lead others in doing the same.
