Please join us in congratulating Jass Baath on achieving the Title of Chairperson 2!
Daily Discipline
After advancing to Chairperson 1 in January, Jass knew she was far from done. To reach this next Title, she said, she needed to rely on more than pure motivation to succeed.
“I relied on daily discipline. I showed up every single day, whether I felt like it or not. I stayed deeply connected to my ‘why,’ which is to change lives and create freedom not just for myself, but for so many other women,” she said. “I also focused heavily on building people, not just ranks. I invested my time in mentoring, guiding and duplicating systems within my team so everyone could grow together. When your team wins, you automatically rise.”
There is more to her success strategy, too. Jass said that she maintained an unshakeable belief in herself and her vision.
“I never allowed doubts or slow days to distract me from the bigger picture,” she said. Finally, she added, she knew she had to take action. She didn’t wait for the perfect moment. Instead, she created it.
“That combination of consistency, leadership, belief and action is what helped me achieve Chairperson 2 so quickly — and it’s exactly what I continue to follow moving forward,” she added.
As Brand Partners grow their businesses, we often see that they need to pivot or modify what they did when they started to continue being successful. Jass is a perfect example of understanding the importance of that type of dynamism and understanding it so quickly.

Increasing Responsibility
One of the biggest changes in her approach, Jass said, was the increase in responsibility as she continues to grow her business and her team.
“In the beginning, it’s more about proving yourself, learning the system and building momentum. But as you grow, the responsibility increases. You’re no longer just building your own business — you’re building leaders, and that requires more patience, vision and emotional strength,” she said.
With the increased responsibility, Jass said she had to reframe how she approached her business.
“For me, the challenges shifted from ‘How do I grow?’ to ‘How do I help others grow faster?’ That’s a different level of leadership. You have to think bigger, stay more consistent and become the example every single day because so many people are watching and learning from you,” she said.
This type of shift also led to more mentoring on her part as well.
“One big shift for me was moving from being a doer to becoming a leader of leaders. I spent more time mentoring, guiding and helping my key people step into their own power so they could build independently,” she explained.
Consistency, too, became critical to Jass in reaching this next Title.
“I tightened my routine — more consistency in my daily method of operation, more follow-ups, more exposure and more personal development. I made sure my mindset was always aligned with the next level I was stepping into,” she said.
Reaching this Title, Jass said, is far from the end for her goals.
“I’m not stopping here — my vision is to continue growing globally, building more strong leaders across different countries and helping more women create financial freedom and confidence through this business.”
Jass is an incredible force for good in this industry. She has been amazing when leading her team and helping others find more financial freedom. We are so excited to see what is next for her and her team.
