Non si tratta solo di mangiare verdure e di andare in palestra (anche se queste cose sono sicuramente importanti!). L&#8217;alimentazione \u00e8 una parte essenziale di uno stile di vita sano. Chiediti: sto assumendo tutti i nutrienti necessari? Se non \u00e8 cos\u00ec, \u00e8 il momento di modificare le tue abitudini alimentari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sembra noioso? Assolutamente no! Lasciati ispirare da una nuova ricetta sana su Pinterest e rendila un&#8217;esperienza divertente invitando amici o familiari a cucinare con te. Inizia con un&#8217;attivit\u00e0 divertente che ti piace e sii costante. Anche affidarti ad un personal trainer o coinvolgere un amico possono aiutarti a mantenere la motivazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;attivit\u00e0 fisica offre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/physicalactivity\/basics\/pa-health\/index.htm?CDC_AA_refVal=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cdc.gov%2Fphysicalactivity%2Feveryone%2Fhealth%2Findex.html\">molti benefici<\/a>, tra cui la riduzione del rischio di malattie cardiache, la principale causa di morte tra le donne. Inoltre, sappiamo tutti che l&#8217;esercizio fisico \u00e8 un ottimo antistress. Quindi, quando la vita diventa difficile, sfogati con delle flessioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sapevi che gli adulti dovrebbero fare almeno <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/physicalactivity\/basics\/adults\/index.htm?CDC_AA_refVal=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cdc.gov%2Fphysicalactivity%2Feveryone%2Fguidelines%2Fadults.html\">2 ore e 30 minuti<\/a> di attivit\u00e0 fisica aerobica moderata alla settimana? Se ti sembra troppo, rendi i tuoi obiettivi pi\u00f9 raggiungibili e punta a fare almeno 20 minuti di esercizio al giorno. Poi inizia gradualmente ad aumentare tempo e attivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non dimenticare di allenarti almeno due volte alla settimana e di includere tutti i principali gruppi muscolari. Tra i comportamenti sani vi sono la meditazione, la scrittura di un diario, la terapia e la pratica della gratitudine. Concentrarsi su ci\u00f2 per cui si \u00e8 grati, ad esempio i propri cari, pu\u00f2 aiutare a sentirsi pi\u00f9 ottimisti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soprattutto, sii gentile con te stessa e pratica l&#8217;autocompassione. Non lasciare che la tua  voce interiore sia crudele. Ricorda che \u00e8 normale commettere errori, soprattutto quando si fa del proprio meglio! Lo stress a lungo termine pu\u00f2 portare a gravi problemi di salute, quindi assicurati di concederti del tempo per ricaricare l&#8217;energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo include<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/sleep\/index.html\"> dormire a sufficienza<\/a>! Gli adulti hanno bisogno di almeno sette ore di sonno per notte. Durante il giorno, trascorrere del tempo nella natura pu\u00f2 ridurre notevolmente lo stress e migliorare il benessere generale.
