We’re thrilled to announce that Giorgia Mottola has achieved the Title of Chairperson 1!

Joining Partner.Co a little over three years ago, Giorgia owned her own clothing company
before making the jump.

“Working in network marketing is now my full-time job, and it’s one that fulfills me and has
made me completely independent and free,” she said of her time with Partner.Co so far.

PXP as the Catalyst for Success

Getting to her current Title, though, wasn’t a straight line. She said that, for a time, she had
lost motivation as other things took priority. That changed when she attended her first
corporate event with Partner.Co, PXP’25 in Rome.

“Before PXP, I had been stuck at the President Title for years, but since the event, my vision
has changed! My motivation is back, and I reached Chairperson within seven months of
attending the event,” she explained.

Events are one of the most important factors in our industry. Giorgia simply gets that. She has seen the impact of being in a room with others who all share the same motivation, and she has used that to grow her business and her team. We love to see it.

It was at that event, and events and on trips since, that Giorgia said she has truly seen the
power and impact not only of the company, but of what she has and will continue to
contribute.

“The relationships that are formed and the amazing trips we get to go to thanks to this

make you feel valued. I’ve never felt like a number here,” she said.

In further distilling why events are so important, Giorgia put it simply.

“In Italian, there is a phrase ‘Agli eventi, diventi.’ It means, ‘At events, you become.’ That’s
exactly what happened to me!”

Looking ahead, Giorgia said her biggest goal is to ensure a bright future for her son and any
other children she may welcome into the world. To do this, she said her focus will stay on
building her team and helping them grow and shine in their own respects.
