We are excited to announce that Jass Baatth has advanced her Title to Chairperson 1!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jass calls reaching this Title an honor, but says that she\u2019s just getting started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cReaching the Title of Chairperson 1 marks a significant milestone in my journey, but I truly see it as just the beginning<\/em>. This achievement represents a new level of leadership for me \u2014one where I am growing, evolving and stepping more confidently into my purpose,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She added that these new leadership responsibilities motivate her to pursue the next chapters and continue developing herself while supporting others and contributing to the Partner.Co mission and vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jass has already shown exceptional leadership skills. On her journey to Chairperson 1, she admitted that there were times when it took everything to keep her and her team motivated and moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere were days when I had to pour strength into others even when I was struggling myself. But that\u2019s what leadership truly is \u2014 showing up, lifting your people and reminding them of what\u2019s possible, even on the tough days.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead, Jass knows the road won\u2019t be the easiest, but she\u2019s already got a plan for success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI know I need to focus on a few key things,\u201d she said. \u201cFirst, I want to strengthen my systems \u2014 making my team\u2019s process smoother and more duplicable. Second, I plan to be even more consistent in guiding and checking in with my leaders to ensure no one feels left behind. Finally, and most importantly, I want to keep growing personally: improving my mindset, my communication and my ability to inspire.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jass\u2019s alignment with Partner.Co\u2019s values has also set herself apart in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
