Starting his career on Wall Street, Zobrist eventually got to a point where he realised that there was more to life, and he wanted to explore those options. On a trip to Mexico, where he had a chance encounter with a group of yellowfin tuna fishermen, he realised what could come next. He formed Anova Food Group and began working with the fishermen to earn higher profits, helping them create a better and more sustainable livelihood. This was the beginning of what would become an international cooperative of tens of thousands of fishermen in 13 countries and the largest distributor of sushi-quality tuna in the United States.<\/p>\n\n
