For Michelle, one of the keys to advancing so expeditiously was consistency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe most important factor in advancing so quickly has been clarity and consistency. From day one, I treated this like a real business, not a hobby. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I showed up every single day with intention,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That wasn\u2019t all, though. There was an even more important factor underpinning Michelle\u2019s success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMore importantly, I didn\u2019t try to do it alone. I leaned into the system, the community and I stayed coachable. Speed comes from alignment, not from doing more, but from doing the right things over and over again,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Evolution of a Business<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Reflecting on how the climb to Chairperson 2 differed from previous Titles, Michelle said a shift occurred when she realised she had to switch from focusing on herself and her habits to stepping into a leadership role, responsible for more than just herself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTo reach Chairperson 2, I really stepped into leadership. I started building leaders instead of just building volume. I focused more on duplication, systems and empowering others to take ownership of their own business,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>It\u2019s an almost physical thing you can perceive in Brand Partners when they realise that their role \u2014 one that they\u2019ve already shown is successful in that they can build their own business \u2014 has changed.
