I kept telling myself I wasn\u2019t capable of building a strong, successful team. I had to shut that part of my mind down. I didn\u2019t want to live from excuse to excuse. Instead, I settled in and tried and tried until I was able to find success.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>The Power of Community<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Virna added that it\u2019s important for new Brand Partners to understand that it\u2019s normal to feel self-doubt, and that with a community like Partner.Co, it makes it easy to push beyond them and find success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHearing other people\u2019s stories, in person or during online events, is incredibly important. It helps you see other perspectives, and sometimes you\u2019ll notice you\u2019re experiencing the same things as someone on the other side of the world. These exchanges are important.
