When we started, we told the kids, \u2018If we ever hit Chairperson, we\u2019ll take you to Disney World,\u2019\u201d she said. \u201cFrom that moment on, they were in it with us. The Post-it\u00ae was on the mirror, and the kids were asking every day how much volume was still needed, cheering with every jump we made.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>To Michelle, it was a true team effort, from top to bottom.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cHitting Chairperson doesn\u2019t just feel like an achievement \u2014 it feels like a dream we built <em>together<\/em>,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n<p>One thing Michelle said she\u2019s learned over her nine years in the industry \u2014 and key to her achieving this new Title \u2014 is the power of persistence.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cThe hardest thing I encountered getting to this point was balancing the volume between different lines. I had two lines that were exploding, really performing incredibly well, and a few others that needed more attention. That required a lot of patience and a lot of discipline.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>In practicing discipline, she learned that you must keep recruiting, keep building and create fresh volume sources to find success.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cYou can\u2019t always rely on the same people over and over again. Instead of relying on one strong leg, you must build wide and create stability across the whole team structure,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>\u201cPeople join Partner.Co for many different reasons. Maybe it\u2019s to get out of whatever industry they are currently in, maybe it\u2019s to try something new or maybe it\u2019s to work towards a bigger goal, like Michelle and her family set for themselves.
