Partner.Co Welcomes Matt Linford as Chief Operating Officer

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Linford as Chief Operating Officer. With over 20 years of experience as a strategy and operations leader, Linford brings a broad set of expertise and experiences to his new role with Partner.Co.

Linford earned his undergraduate degree in finance from The University of Texas and an MBA from The University of Chicago. Before joining Partner.Co, he held key leadership roles at several organisations ranging from large Fortune 500 entities to smaller, privately held organisations.

For the last decade, Linford has focused on driving large operational transformations. His ability to build high-performing organisations, leverage technology to drive change and his experience developing and implementing organisational strategies make him a valuable addition to Partner.Co’s Executive Team.

“Rarely do you have the type of opportunities that exist here at Partner.Co. We have world-class products and a leadership team passionate about building an organisation that does things the right way for our Brand Partners, employees and investors. This combination is unique in this industry and across consumer products in general — there is truly no limit in what we can accomplish.”

COO Matt Linford

As COO, Linford will continue to develop an operational organisation that delivers the experience that each of our customers and Brand Partners expect while ensuring the operational health of the entire company. He feels that guaranteeing we have a best-in-class Operations team is vital for our long-term success.

“We are thrilled and honoured to have Matt as part of our Executive Team. Bringing him on continues to strengthen what we’ve been hard at work creating, and I’m excited to see what he does while improving our operational organisation.”

Outside of work, Linford is the proud father of four children. He and his family moved to Utah six years ago from Texas and have fallen in love with the state. Linford has a passion for health and fitness and has spent the past few years building a CrossFit gym in his garage. His interests, he said, align perfectly with the company’s mission to help people live happier, healthier lives.
