We are thrilled to announce that Michelle Groote has advanced her Title to Chairperson 1!
Achieving any Title is a remarkable accomplishment, but it can mean even more when other goals are tied to it, as Michelle and her family planned.
“This was never just my milestone — it was a family project and a true team effort from Day One. When we started, we told the kids, ‘If we ever hit Chairperson, we’ll take you to Disney World,’” she said. “From that moment on, they were in it with us. The Post-it® was on the mirror, and the kids were asking every day how much volume was still needed, cheering with every jump we made.”
To Michelle, it was a true team effort, from top to bottom.
“Hitting Chairperson doesn’t just feel like an achievement — it feels like a dream we built together,” she added.
One thing Michelle said she’s learned over her nine years in the industry — and key to her achieving this new Title — is the power of persistence.
“The hardest thing I encountered getting to this point was balancing the volume between different lines. I had two lines that were exploding, really performing incredibly well, and a few others that needed more attention. That required a lot of patience and a lot of discipline.”
In practicing discipline, she learned that you must keep recruiting, keep building and create fresh volume sources to find success.
“You can’t always rely on the same people over and over again. Instead of relying on one strong leg, you must build wide and create stability across the whole team structure,” she said.
“People join Partner.Co for many different reasons. Maybe it’s to get out of whatever industry they are currently in, maybe it’s to try something new or maybe it’s to work towards a bigger goal, like Michelle and her family set for themselves. We welcome everyone with every kind of goal imaginable, and we are so, so thrilled when one of our Brand Partners is able to achieve a dream.”

As a former flight attendant, Michelle looks forward to helping others get to where she is and beyond.
“When I was a flight attendant, I made $25,000 per year. Now, through hard work, I can make that and more while still having more time with my family. My life completely changed. I look forward to seeing even more people change their lives like I did—to see them earning large cheques and feeling the same emotions. This is what keeps driving me and keeps me awake at night and makes me work so hard,” Michelle said.
Have fun at Disney and congrats, Michelle!
