Meet Katia Guhl, Our 2026 Body Balance Journey Ambassador!

Every January, the Partner.Co Body Balance Journey offers participants a step-by-step guide on fitness, nutrition, mindset and more to start the year with the right motivation to maintain results all year long. Along the way, they also have the opportunity to earn the prestigious title of Body Balance Ambassador of the Year. 

This year, Katia Guhl was selected as our Body Balance Ambassador in recognition of her dedication to inspiring and supporting other participants as they worked toward their goals with the Body Balance System.

Let’s take a closer look at Katia’s journey: 

The Courage To Change Your Life, and Inspire Others  

After facing various health and personal difficulties, Katia no longer felt confident when she looked in the mirror. In August 2025, at the age of 47, she began following the Body Balance System’s recommendations on nutrition and lifestyle, alongside the Day & Night Drops. Within months, she achieved progressive results that led to a weight loss of 14 kg and a renewed self-confidence.*

When the invitation to join our yearly programme right at the start of 2026 came up, she didn’t think twice: “It was the perfect opportunity to share my journey with others who find themselves in a similar situation to mine, exchange encouragement and work towards a clear goal with the support of a community”, Katia expressed. 

As she shared her daily recipes and walks with her loyal four-legged friend, Thalia, in the Facebook group dedicated to the journey, she realised that even the smallest achievements were of great inspiration to the rest of the participants. “Even though I find it hard to showcase myself, I posted encouraging pictures and videos. The engagement from the community made me realise that having the courage to share your story makes a real difference”, Katia says. 

Consistency: The Key to Overcoming Setbacks 

“During the programme, I injured my abductor and had to reduce my activity for 15 days”, Katia explains. While this was an unexpected setback, Katia adapted her routine and decided to go for walks every day while continuing to share her progress and vulnerabilities. Despite this and other challenges, she still managed to lose 1,65 kg throughout the month. Above all, she learnt that consistency wins over perfection

Authenticity Wins, Always 

“We don’t need to be perfect to show our story. When we dare to do it despite our insecurities, not only do we grow, but we also empower those who see us!”. Katia is now determined to continue investing in her wellness, as well as to use her journey to inspire others: “My transformation is visible and authentic. This reinforces my credibility, and I can share this programme with genuine enthusiasm.” 

If you want to unlock your true self, like Katia, here’s her advice: 

“Don’t strive for perfection – the gradual steps are what will help you break through any challenges you’ll encounter. Transformation doesn’t happen overnight. Rather, by gradually listening to your body, you’ll learn that you are capable of way more than you thought.”
