SMOOTHIES
Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
- 150 g Dairy-free Coconut Yoghurt
- 220 ml Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 100 g Frozen Mixed Berries
- 2 Scoops of PureNourish™
- 1 Scoop of Power Boost™
- 1 Tahitian Noni Pouch (60 ml)
Vanilla Matcha ‘Latte’ Shake
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
- 2 Scoops of PureNourish™
- 400 ml Coconut Milk (Or Another Plant-Based Milk)
- 25 g Baby Spinach
- 1 tbsp. Matcha
- Handful of Ice (Approx. 6 Ice Cubes)
- Optional: Honey or Maple Syrup to Taste
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL SHAKES
Blend all ingredients and serve immediately.
SNACKS
Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls
INGREDIENTS (10/15 Servings)
- 180 g Rolled Oats
- 250g Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 100g Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 Scoops of Power Boost™
- 2 Scoops of PureNourish™
- 2 tbsp. Vegan Chocolate Chips
Almond Joy Energy Balls
INGREDIENTS (10/15 Servings)
- 180g Rolled Oats
- 250g Natural Crunchy Almond Butter
- 100g Honey or Maple Syrup
- 6 Scoops Power Boost™
- 2 tbsp. Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
Cinnamon Raisin Energy Balls
INGREDIENTS (10/15 Servings)
- 180 g Rolled Oats
- 250g Cashew Butter
- 100g Honey or Maple Syrup
- 3 Scoops PureNourish™
- 2 tbsp. Raisins
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
Tahini Chocolate Chips Energy Balls
INGREDIENTS (10/15 Servings)
- 180g Rolled Oats
- 250g Tahini
- 100g Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 Scoops of PureNourish™
- 2 Scoops of Power Boost™
- 2 tbsp. Vegan Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL ENERGY BALLS
- Stir all ingredients in a bowl until well combined (Tip: near the end, knead the dough with your hands. If too dry, add water or plant-based milk 1 tsp. at a time as required).
- Scoop and form the balls and enjoy!
STORAGE: Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
Date Protein Snack Bars
INGREDIENTS (10/12 Servings)
- 250 g Gluten Free Oats
- 2 Scoops PureNourish™
- 150g Pitted Soft Medjool Dates
- 85g Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp. Himalayan Crystal Salt
- 60ml Plant-Based Milk
- Optional: 230g Vegan Chocolate (Chopped and Melted for Coating)
Nut Butter Snack Bars
INGREDIENTS (10/12 Servings)
- 250g Gluten Free Oats
- 2 Scoops of PureNourish™
- 2 Scoops of Power Boost™
- 200g Smooth Natural Nut Butter
- 84g Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp. Himalayan Crystal Salt
- 60ml Plant-Based Milk
- Optional: 230g Vegan Chocolate (Chopped and Melted for Coating)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL SNACK BARS
- Line a 20 cm square baking tray or a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Grind oats in a food processor with a steel blade, add the rest of the ingredients (but only 1/4 cup of milk) and process until well combined. Add more milk gradually if necessary to reach a tacky consistency.
- Pour and press into the pan, cover with parchment and chill until firm in the refrigerator (1h) or freezer (20 min). Remove from pan and slice into individual bars. Optional: Dip in the melted chocolate and allow to set at room temperature.
STORAGE: Wrap the bars individually in waxed paper, and store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
DESSERT
Raw Vegan ‘Cheesecake’ Tarts
INGREDIENTS (12 Servings)
Crust
- 160 g Vegan Cookies (E.g.: Digestives or Ginger Nut)
- ½ tsp. Sea Salt
- 60 g Vegan Butter (Melted)
Filling
- 200 g Soaked Cashews*
- 200 g Vegan Cream Cheese
- 120 g Vegan Greek-Style or Coconut Yoghurt
- 100 ml Pure Maple Syrup
- 50 g Coconut Oil (Solid)
- 2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
- 9 Scoops of Beauty Boost™
- Optional Garnish: Fresh Fruit of Choice
*Soak cashews in water for 4h (or in boiling water for 1h), rinse and drain.
INSTRUCTIONS
Crust
- Line a 20 cm cake tin with baking paper or use 12 silicone muffin cups.
- Grind cookies and salt, add melted butter. Stir until well combined.
- Press into base and chill.
Filling
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour over crust and chill for 5h or overnight.
- Top with fresh fruit.
- Slice with a hot wet knife and enjoy!
STORAGE: Store in an airtight container in the fridge (5 days) or freezer (2 months, defrost before serving).
