Upon learning of this new achievement, Paolo said he felt “unstoppable.”

“It’s a truly wonderful feeling reaching Chairperson 1. This isn’t the end, though. Quite the opposite, in fact. Reaching this level has made me realise if I can do this, then I can keep going on to the next Title and the next after that,” he said.

Throughout his journey, Paolo said that even in hard times, some good came about.

“It may seem hard to stay focused when you’re going through a tough time, but even when you lose, you win,” he said. “Everything happens for a reason and every hard time is a chance to learn and evolve. Stay Focused on What Matters

When asked for advice on reaching the same level as his, Paolo said staying focused is the most important thing.

“Never quit. You need to stay focused on your transformation at all times. Take massive action and decide to become the best version of yourself and make it happen. Then, you can turn your focus from inner-facing to outer-facing,” he said.

Paolo has been in this industry a long time, and in that time has seen how it has grown and changed. He’s also been with Partner.Co since our beginning and has been an essential servant leader for our European team, helping others grow their businesses as he has done with his own.
