After reaching Chairperson 1 three years ago, Helen made it her goal not to give up and do everything she could to advance in title to Chairperson 2. She stuck with it, working hard to build her business (and in the process, helping grow the Spanish market by leaps and bounds) and achieved her goal this year.
Not losing focus was difficult at times,” Helen said of the accomplishment, “but I was always confident and excited about what I knew would soon come.” She also gave credit to her mentor, Stefano. “His experience, intelligence, mentality and know-how have helped me over these last eight years in the industry.
“We all know how important teamwork is to success, and Helen’s story is the perfect example of this. She’s been able to leverage her team for her and their success. It’s what we hope for all Brand Partners.”

Looking ahead, Helen says she’s already looking at ways to improve herself and her team so they can take Spain to even greater heights. “By seeking and developing new leaders and improving our systems (by reinventing ourselves), we will be able to take Spain higher,” she said.
We’ve seen great growth in our Spanish market in the last few years, and Helen is one of the drivers. We’re thrilled she’s seen such success and we’re looking forward to celebrating her when she reaches Chairperson 3.
