The piece begins by delving into Darren\u2019s history \u2014 his MBA from the Wharton School of Business, his time on Wall Street and his fateful trip to Mexico, where the seed for what would become the largest producer of sushi-grade tuna, Anova Food Group, was planted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After growing Anova to a global powerhouse in the seafood world \u2014 it would become an international cooperative involving tens of thousands of fishermen across 13 countries that simultaneously greatly improved the lives of the fishermen who caught the tuna \u2014 Darren realized he wanted more from life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
