Over time, Brent has been able to inspire countless others with his determination and dedication to ensuring that his and the lives of his family and friends are better day in and day out. And yet again, his efforts are paying off with this latest Title.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center\">Growing Into His Role<\/h1>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#221f1f\">Looking back, his early years weren\u2019t without trials or tribulations, but he says they helped him become the person he is today.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#221f1f\">\u201cI had to get used to employing myself full time because I wasn&#8217;t an employee anymore. I was an entrepreneur, so nobody was standing over me saying, \u2018You\u2019ve got to work these hours. You got to do these things.\u2019 So, I had to learn how to employ myself, but I did,\u201d Brent said. \u201cThe next 12 months, we started building a team, and what I realized was that community is so important \u2014 getting people together. That community has helped all of us grow over all these years.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#221f1f\">Over the years, Brent has moved into a leading role with the company, and while it might be easy to sit back and enjoy, that\u2019s not for him. His mission to help as many people as possible is far from over, especially as more and more Brand Partners are joining the company.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#221f1f\">\u201cI realize that we&#8217;re a home now for people because they can feel our heart. They can feel that we lean in with them when they need it,\u201d Brent said.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#221f1f\">From even before Day One of Partner.Co, the Founders were impressed.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>\u201cEven before we had a name, Brent met us at our headquarters.
