Dishes you might find include various grilled fish, bean salads, paella and assorted pasta dishes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<p>North America Wellness Council member Kristal Vance has a pro tip for choosing seafood for this (and any) diet:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em>As summer arrives, so many people begin to eat fish and seafood. When given the choice of farm-raised or wild-caught, always choose wild-caught.<\/em><\/p><cite><em>North America Wellness Council member Kristal Vance<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Europe Athletes Council member Elena San Martin also has help tips when it comes to choosing the right type of olive oil.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cLet\u2019s talk about extra virgin olive oil \u2014 a treasure that we have in Spain \u2014 whose origin is mainly from our olives grown in Andalusia in southern Spain,\u201d she starts. \u201cOlive oil, particularly extra virgin olive oil, is renowned for its numerous health benefits and incorporating olive oil into a balanced diet can provide those benefits, particularly when used as a replacement for less healthy fats like trans fats or saturated fats.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em>Extra virgin olive oil has many health benefits and is loaded with antioxidants and can help play a part \u2014 alongside a healthy lifestyle \u2014 with heart, brain and digestive health, blood sugar control, healthier skin and hair as well as weight management.<\/em><\/p><cite><em>Europe Athletes Council member Elena San Martin<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Australia &amp; New Zealand<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>New Zealand\u2019s Debbie Honey, a Wellness Council member, says that the fruit associated around the world over with her country is also incredibly good for you.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.partner.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/PTR_BCL_BOB_BLOG_internal-Kiwi-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-198455 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.partner.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/PTR_BCL_BOB_BLOG_internal-Kiwi-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blog.partner.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/PTR_BCL_BOB_BLOG_internal-Kiwi-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.partner.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/PTR_BCL_BOB_BLOG_internal-Kiwi-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/blog.partner.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/PTR_BCL_BOB_BLOG_internal-Kiwi-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.partner.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/PTR_BCL_BOB_BLOG_internal-Kiwi.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>\u201cAlthough kiwi fruit did not originate in New Zealand, it has become one of New Zealand\u2019s biggest exports. Kiwis are rich in vitamin C, which is essential for helping maintain a healthy immune system, skin health and more. They are also packed with dietary fiber, which can help to regulate bowel movements and prevent constipation,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em>Kiwis contain enzymes like actinidin that can aid protein digestion.
