Partner.Co EMEA’s Team Earns Forth Consecutive Record-Breaking Black Friday Promotion

In Europe, the Partner.Co team had a goal — to have their biggest Black Friday event yet — and they delivered.

Led by EMEA Vice President of Field Development Alain le Grelle and for the fourth year in a row, EMEA’s Black Friday promotion broke sales records, with an 87 percent increase over 2023 that was bolstered by orders that were, on average, doubled during the promotion period. This significant increase also resulted in the single-highest month for sales ever.

A well-devised strategy needs two critical components: a capable and aligned team and disciplined execution. The right team ensures the skills, creativity and determination necessary to tackle challenges, while proper execution turns ideas into tangible results.

Belief in the strategy and a talented team are the foundation of achieving meaningful and sustainable outcomes. It took almost eight months of preparation and intense collaboration by the sales, operations, IT, marketing and logistics.

Alain launched the promotion with a kickoff call on November 13, exceeding all expectations in just eight days. What is usually a call to a smaller group, 4,000 Brand Partners tuned in live to witness the promotion reveal and ignite the social media blitz.

EMEA Area President Cameron Bott echoed Alain’s sentiments, praising the Brand Partners’ efforts.

Cameron also could not stress enough that the success was due not only to the Brand Partner’s fervency, but to Alain and the teams’ commitment to achieving their shared goal.

He attributed this record-breaking Black Friday success to the hard work and determination of our sales team. On average, a day for our team, including the weekends, they were giving everything they had, logging 15-17 hours minimum on calls with Brand Partners encouraging them to hit Titles, show leadership amongst their groups and to keep the promotion going.

 This outstanding teamwork, I believe, has been the most important contributor to this success. Without our operations teams staying on top of shipments and inventory, our marketing teams putting out amazing content or our incredible sales team going the extra mile to reach out to Brand Partners, none of this would have been possible.

Cameron added that the months of preparation by the logistics teams has allowed them to average 3,200-3,500 parcels per day, with 94 percent of orders being shipped within 48 hours of ordering. These aren’t the only astounding numbers to come out of the eight-day promotion, however.

  • 52% increase in sales year over year
  • 86% increase in new customers
  • 31,000+ total orders processed & shipped
  • 107,950 units of inventory picked & packed
  • 98% of orders shipped withing three days of ordering
  • 74% of orders included additional products beyond promo packs
  • 65% of orders shipped the same day they were paid for
