Never Settle<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

For Habia, this is just the beginning of a much longer journey to grow her business and become a global entity.<\/p>\n\n

Repetition Is the Mother of All Skill<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

It may not always be easy to hit that next level, but Habia said that keeping one phrase in mind, a mantra for success, has helped her thus far.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cRepetition is the mother of all skill. If you find something that works, then it\u2019s time to work on repeating that. You\u2019ll eventually be able to hone whatever that skill is even more, and in doing so, you\u2019ll find that what you\u2019re doing gets easier,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n

One thing Habia repeats more than anything \u2014 and something that has guided her to her current Title \u2014 is leading from the front.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cI do everything I expect my team to do. I follow the system myself, and that creates duplication. When your team sees your actions, they follow. That\u2019s how momentum is built \u2014 through leadership by example,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n

Strategy for Success<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

The biggest factor in making the jump from Chairperson 1 to Chairperson 2, Habia said, was attending the Strategy Summit in January. It led to several key improvements in how she runs her business, she explained.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cAfter attending the Strategy Summit, we strengthened our recruitment approach, customer care systems, team systems and structure,\u201d she said. \u201cOur consistency improved significantly, and our presence on social media became much stronger. These changes brought better alignment across the team and led to stronger results.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

While there, too, Habia said that she truly came to understand the importance of reaching Ultimate Business Level.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cBefore the Summit, we were not focusing enough on Ultimate. Once I gained clarity on why and how reaching Ultimate can impact one\u2019s business for life, I worked closely with another leader, and together we aligned our vision. We brought that clarity back to the team, and once both leaders and team members were on the same page, the growth followed naturally,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n
