A Lifelong Passion<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Bianca Cosentino has been immersed in the direct selling industry for almost her entire life. Bianca spent the past 18 years building successful sales and marketing teams for growing companies. Her expertise includes leading markets as Head of Market and General Manager across Australia and New Zealand, as well as serving as Director of Sales for a billion-dollar brand.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cI started my career in customer service, and very quickly fell in love with the industry \u2014 the opportunity it offers, the impact it has on people\u2019s lives and the sense of community it creates,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m probably biased, but I can\u2019t imagine another industry that brings together a community of people so genuinely dedicated to creating a positive impact and uplifting each other every day.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

Earlier in her career, Bianca spent 12 years with the largest company in the industry, setting the foundation for her expertise in market expansion and team leadership. Today, she serves on the Board of Directors for Direct Selling Australia and was recently honored with the Industry Contribution Award, a deeply meaningful recognition that she describes as \u201cincredibly special.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

There are a lot of things you can teach, but there are so many intangibles that come from time and experience. In an industry like ours, those can be incredibly impactful when employed correctly. Bianca has shown time and again over her career that she understands the vital information that comes from time and practice.     Family First<\/strong><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

    Bianca is incredibly close with her family. They\u2019ve always been her biggest cheerleaders, and they love getting together and celebrating their Italian heritage with salami- and sauce-making days and more. She has a dog named Tonka and enjoys Pilates, ocean swimming and dining out in her free time. A dream of hers is creating an entire indoor jungle to indulge her love of plants.<\/p>\n\n
