To further grow and enhance Partner.Co’s global footprint, the company has welcomed Lucy West as Vice President of Field Development. Her renowned industry reputation and fast impact on Partner.Co’s success has already garnered a feature in Direct Selling News.
Born in the UK, West lived in France and Canada, and thanks to time spent living in Spain, is fluent in Spanish. She is a Montessori teacher and studied speech and drama at Trinity College. A published author, she has developed hundreds of sales tools and cash promotions over the years. She has also developed and managed customer loyalty programs. Joining at the end of January 2023, West has already made a significant impact across the globe. In Indonesia, she has worked with the market’s general manager to spur the redevelopment process of the market. In Thailand, she was instrumental in establishing a Sales Consultant to drive new sales and growth. She has also assisted the markets in Korea, Vietnam, Australia, and the Spanish-speaking US market.

West also practices what she preaches. After joining, she participated in the corporate Slenderiiz® Slenderiix™ Challenge, a weight management program that helped her adopt healthy eating habits and lose 14 pounds.
