A graduate of Brigham Young University and the University of Utah, where he received his MBA, Shane brings over twenty years of experience — five of those serving as a CFO at another company — to his role with Partner.Co.
I’m grateful to join Partner.Co at such an exciting time in the company’s history. The company’s brand is strong, with a long history of clean and effective products offered to the marketplace, meaning the company is well poised to grow and be successful in the current industry environment. I look forward to helping Partner.Co achieve this vision with Darren, John and the entire Executive Team.
Shane Ware, CFO
Shane is a licensed CPA with a proven track record of managing various business growth stages and overseeing financial operations in international markets. He said he was drawn to the opportunity with Partner.Co because of a resonance with the company’s values.
“When you can go down the list and see you agree with each value wholeheartedly, you know it’s a good place for you to be. I saw that with Partner.Co,” he said.
In his new role, Shane will be responsible for driving Partner.Co’s financial strategy, providing team leadership to the departments he oversees and ensuring fiscal responsibility company-wide.
He says in his role that he is most excited to begin “unifying our global financial systems and processes to ensure streamlined opportunities exist for our Brand Partners to succeed.”
We had a banner first year, but now we’re setting our sights on greater heights. With Shane coming on board, I’m confident we’re getting the best of the best to help lead us from a financial point of view.
